Proprieters, Mark & Lee Ehlers, are Gen Xers with a love of the analog and the real. Their experiences camping in the Northeast often left them frustrated. Being inundated by the sounds of generators, televisions, and family tensions from the crew next to them, did not deliver the “relax in nature” moments they sought.

In 2020, they set up camp at Lee’s family farm and unintentionally began to build their All Good Ethos. Keeping things simple, unplugged, grounded and real, and remembering in any given moment…it’s all good.

We are proud to cultivate our land using permaculture principles, allowing our guests to be surrounded by thriving ecosystems and minimize their camping footprint. Wind, solar, and geothermal supply our energy and we reduce waste through water reclamation, composting, recycling, and re-purposing.
